Chambers Library encourages faculty interest in the library's electronic information products, but due to recent accounting law changes (Sarbanes-Oxley) many electronic information product vendors are restricted to offering one trial per product per calendar year. Subsequently, the library now asks that colleges, departments, and faculty include the library's designated liaison in all communications with electronic information product vendors.

To set up trials of electronic products, contact the designated library liaison for the respective department. That librarian can work with Serials, Reference, and Web Services librarians to communicate with the vendor regarding consortial buying and product discounts, research product reviews and title overlaps, and set up trials and links directly to the products.
